To cope with our business expansion, we are seeking qualified individual to join this dynamic business.

The Role:

• Assist Property Management Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Data Center, including the supervision of the security and cleaning contractors’ daily work
• Manage and monitor the standard of maintenance, renovation works, security and cleaning services of the Data Center
• Manage maintenance contract renewal, PR/PO/ Invoice preparation
• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
• Review operations and emergency workflows, crisis management protocols and security protocols
• Prepare monthly property reports, organize meetings and perform administrative duties

The Person:

• Degree holder in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines
• 3 years’ relevant working experiences in property management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; with knowledge in software program, such as SQL would be an advantage
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Management Officer
