Towngas Telecommunications Fixed Network Limited (“TGT”), xFusion International Technology Co., Ltd. (“xFusion”), and ICO Limited (“ICO”) held a Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony on May 19 at the xFusion Zhengzhou campus, officially establishing a long-term partnership among the three parties in the field of AI platform services.
This collaboration aims to leverage the distinct strengths of all three parties: TGT’s robust computing infrastructure and its parent company’s energy support, xFusion’s advanced computing hardware capabilities, and ICO’s expertise in IT services and system integration—jointly providing enterprises in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area with the driving force for “AI + new-quality productivity” transformation.

The signing ceremony was held in a grand and vibrant atmosphere, Mr. Edmund Yeung, Executive Director & CFO of Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited(left)Mr Jeffery Liu, CEO of xFusion(centre), Mr Roy Lee, Chairman & CEO of ICO(right)etc., delivered remarks expressing strong expectations for the collaboration. Subsequently, Mr. Alex Wong, General Manager of Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited and Mr Louis Zha, President of xFusion International Business, joined in witnessing the signing of the Agreement by Mr. Walter Ngan, General Manager of TGT、Mr. Vandia Yang, President of xFusion Southeast Asia Region and Mr Raymond Yiu, Deputy CEO of ICO. This officially marks a new milestone for the project.
Towngas will take the lead in applying the AI platform to AI system, Towngas AI (TGAI). Mr. Edmund Yeung, Executive Director & CFO of Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, stated:“The AI platform jointly developed by the three parties will effectively support the Group’s digital and intelligent transformation. As the Group’s first in-house AI platform, TGAI will enable us to integrate data resources within a secure and compliant environment, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovative development. We look forward to further expanding AI applications with our partners.”

Following the signing, representatives from all three parties posed for a group photo, marking the official launch of the collaboration. Guided by principles of equality, mutual benefit, and resource sharing, the three parties will focus on the AI platform project to be deployed in Towngas Telecom’s Phase II data center. Through deep collaboration, they will jointly develop and deliver stable, secure, and scalable AI solutions for enterprises in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
