To cope with our business expansion, we are seeking qualified individual to join this dynamic business.

 


The Role:

  • Design and provide technical support for products related to Cloud Computing, such as IAAS, PAAS and Online Storage
  • Design and implement SAAS (i.e. Microsoft Exchange, Lync, MSSQL, etc.)
  • Provide technical support to internal parties and pre-sales team
  • Evaluate new products and technology
  • Perform daily technical support and trouble shooting
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

The Person:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline with minimum 3 years’ relevant experiences
  • Holder of MCSE, CCNA certification will be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server products
  • Hands on experience in HTML, PHP as well as VMWare, Hyper-V and Citrix are preferred
  • A good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
